Parenting Summit

A SPACE FOR
PARENTS TO THRIVE

Thrive in Parenting Summit 2026 brings together voices from across wellness industries so you can learn how to build generational bonds that look like love, feel like home, and endure for generations.

GENERATIONAL

The Bonds We Inherit, Repair, and Choose to Build

In 2026, we turn toward the relationships that shaped us. The bonds we are still learning to repair. The support systems that help parents raise emotionally healthier children.

What kind of bond do we want the next generation to inherit?

What you'll gain at the Summit

Understand the Patterns You Inherited (and Choose What to Pass On)

Every parent carries something from the generation before them. Some of it is a gift. Some of it is a weight you never agreed to carry.

Through expert voices, honest intergenerational stories, and guided reflection, you'll gain a clearer view of the patterns shaping your parenting and the tools to consciously decide what stays, what changes, and what you build from here.

Practical Tools for Real Repair

Learn from experts working at the intersection of neuroscience, mental wellness, and lived experience. You'll leave with concrete ways to strengthen communication, repair ruptures, and build trust that lasts.

Build Bonds That Look Like Love and Endure for Generations

The summit is designed to feel less like a lecture and more like a meaningful gathering. Through stories, expert insights, movement, and community, you'll experience the kind of connection you want to create at home.

You'll walk away with practical ways to strengthen communication, repair what needs repairing, and build the kind of family culture your children will one day thank you for.

What Parents Say About the Summit

Kristine, Parent,
Thrive in Parenting Summit 2025

“It's been really interesting to actually listen to other people reflect on their parenting. I'm a mother of three. I have three grandchildren that are growing up in this era right now, which is really interesting. And so I'm getting a lot of facts and information that I'm really
taking with me. I wish I would have
known a lot of this stuff when I was
raising my own kids."

Anumapa Rao,
Parent, Thrive in Parenting Summit 2025

"There's so much learning from a father's perspective and also a mother's perspective. Just learning how to, I don't know, be calmer as a parent, and retrospect."

Muskkan Samtani, Sponsor & Parent, Thrive in Parenting Summit 2025

“Some of my takeaways were that parents don't have to be heroes. You know, we can be vulnerable, and we can be just who we are with our kids. And I think that was just such a resonating moment.”

PARENTS TO THRIVE

Meet the Host

Vannessa Misso-Veness conscious parenting

Vannessa Misso-Veness taught and tutored for years before she became a coach. The pattern she kept seeing: bright kids shutting down, and capable parents running out of patience by dinnertime. Not a technique problem — a nervous-system problem. The parent's, not the child's.

She trained as a Neuroscience of Coaching practitioner and built two organisations around that insight. Cascade Education works with families on how children actually learn. Cascade Coaching works with parents on what nobody prepares you for:  staying regulated while managing a household, a career, and a kid who reads your stress before you've said a word.

Her clients are across Asia's high-pressure, multicultural cities — Hong Kong, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, and beyond — often raising kids without the extended family that used to make parenting a shared job. They're the default parent, the emotional manager, the one holding it together at home while performing composure everywhere else: guilty when they snap, tired in a way rest doesn't fix, disconnected from a child they love despite doing everything the books say.

Her work of 1:1 coaching, the Cascade Conscious Circles community, Conscious Conversations with Vannessa, and the annual Thrive in Parenting Summit, starts from one idea: your child inherits how you regulate, not just what you say. Change that, and parenting gets easier because you did, not because the child did.

Her mission isn't to make parents feel like they're failing. It's to give them somewhere honest to start.
